The Dutch rates of 21%, 9% and 0%, plus reverse-charged and exempt (for example under the small business scheme). You choose the rate per invoice line; the VAT breakdown on the invoice is built automatically.

Yes. Invoice numbers are sequential and unique, and a finalised invoice can no longer be edited or deleted. Corrections are made with a credit note, so your records stay consistent.

Create a credit note from the invoice for the full or a partial amount and send a new invoice if needed. That keeps the numbering intact and the correction traceable.

With hosting providers in the European Union. Connections are encrypted and sensitive data is stored encrypted. Our privacy policy explains exactly which data we process and why.

Yes. You can export all your invoices, quotes, customers and payments at any time. You can delete your account yourself from the settings.

Via Settings → Subscription, with one click. Your subscription runs until the end of the paid period and then falls back to the free plan. Your data is kept.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through a secure payment provider. You automatically receive an invoice in your account for every payment.
