Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. On the free plan you create up to 3 invoices per month and unlimited quotes, with no time limit and no credit card. You only upgrade when you need more.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Paid plans can be cancelled on a monthly basis. With a yearly plan your subscription runs until the end of the paid year. Your data remains available on the free plan.
Do prices include VAT?
No, the prices shown exclude VAT. As a business you can usually reclaim the VAT on your subscription in your return.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrades take effect immediately; you pay pro rata for the rest of the period. When downgrading, your existing invoices and customers are kept, but the limits of the new plan apply to new documents.
